Deposit:

We do not normally require a deposit on booking.

Cancellation charges:
Booking cancellations made within 14 days before the start of the booking are subject to a 50% charge, which will be waived in the event that the cancelled accommodation can be re-let.

Arrival:

We ask guests to aim to arrive, where possible, after 4.30pm, but please let us know if this is inconvenient.

Departures:

We are entirely flexible!

Payment:

We regret that we do not have card facilities but we are happy to take cash or cheque.
