Livvy
Cawthorn is an award winning professional cook and caterer. After
working as cook in a North Northumbrian country house she ran a
modern bistro restaurant in Berwick-upon-Tweed for four years and
she has been an outside caterer for fourteen years. She has trained
at the Ballymaloe Cookery School and, until recently, was a regular
guest cook and demonstrator at the Books for Cooks bookshop in Notting
Hill, London.
Livvy
now runs daily and residential courses at Chain Bridge House and
will be pleased to draw on her experience to tailor courses to individual
requirements or to run "off-the-shelf" sessions from an
