We offer comforable en-suite facilities in two rooms, one double (with shower), one twin (with bath), with home cooking of the highest standard, specialising in food from Northumberland and the Borders.

Livvy Cawthorn is an award-winning professional caterer, until recently a regular guest cook and demonstrator at the famous Books for Cooks bookshop in London's Notting Hill.

Dinners and packed lunches are available on request and vegetarians and vegans are catered for with pleasure.

There are full tea and coffee facilities in both rooms and each room has a radio. TV is available in the sitting room.

A cot is available by prior arrangement.

Chain Bridge House is non-smoking. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
